Chief Executive Officer

Dennis O'Neill

Dennis O'Neill is the CEO of Walden Lang Capitol Box, leading the company's growth, profitability, and long-term strategic direction. He oversees all financial and operational functions — including capital planning, cash flow, banking, and organizational structure — bringing a disciplined, performance-driven approach to building a durable, high-output business.

He also serves as President of TLT Delivery LLC, extending his leadership across multiple operating companies with a focus on execution, efficiency, and sustained growth. Prior to Walden Lang, Dennis held senior executive roles across print and digital media, including President of Integrated Media and TV Update Inc., as well as leadership positions with Scripps Howard — where he consistently drove scale, revenue, and operational control in competitive markets.

Dennis began his career in auditing with Chase Manhattan Bank, establishing a strong financial foundation that continues to define his leadership style. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marist College and brings a measured, strategic perspective to building companies that are not only successful — but built to outperform.

Chief Revenue Officer

Terence O'Neill

Terence O'Neill is the CRO of Walden Lang Capitol Box, responsible for driving overall sales performance, leading client strategy, and managing the company's pipeline from prospecting through the acquisition of business. He oversees all client communications, CRM infrastructure, and new business development — building a disciplined, high-conversion revenue engine.

Prior to Walden Lang, Terence held senior sales positions at RGP Consulting, Gartner, and IBM, consistently delivering top-tier results. While at RGP, he led new business strategy across the New York City market, working directly with senior executives to identify and close high-value opportunities. At Gartner, he was a Winners Circle recipient for achieving one of the highest growth rates in his territory.

He began his career at IBM as a Senior Financial Analyst before advancing through the firm's Global Sales School, where he earned Top Gun honors and went on to lead an integrated sales team within the company's Financial Services sector. In that role, he was responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and overall revenue attainment, winning both the "C-Suite Challenge" and "Manager's Choice" awards for exceptional performance with his clients.

Terence holds a B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business. He brings a sharp financial foundation, a proven record of sales execution, and a consistent ability to drive revenue at scale.

Chief Operating Officer

Logan O'Neill

Logan O'Neill is COO of Walden Lang Capitol Box, leading operations across manufacturing, product development, as well as brand execution. He oversees the full lifecycle of the company's luxury packaging output — from production and quality control to website development and team leadership — ensuring every detail meets the highest standard. His approach is hands-on and performance-driven, built around precision, consistency, and scale.

He also serves as Vice President of TLT Delivery LLC, where he leads day-to-day logistics, staffing, and route execution across a high-volume operation. Under his leadership, the business consistently meets and exceeds Amazon's performance standards while implementing operational and technology improvements that drive efficiency and reliability.

Prior to Walden Lang and TLT, Logan built his career in broadcast and digital media, working with brands such as Toyota, Unilever, General Motors, and Anheuser-Busch through roles at BrightLine and The Chive in the sales department. He began in the agency world at Spark, Carat USA and Mindshare, managing major accounts including General Motors and Macy's. A graduate of Marist College with a B.A. in Communications, Logan brings a sharp operational mindset and a proven ability to execute at a high level across industries.

Director of Manufacturing

Brian Billies

Brian Billies is Director of Manufacturing at Walden Lang Capitol Box, overseeing the day-to-day performance of the shop with a focus on efficiency, quality, and consistency. With more than 30 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, he manages production, inventory, distribution, and personnel — ensuring every job is executed on time and to the highest standard.

He co-founded In-Pak Services in 1992, building a successful manufacturing operation producing point-of-purchase displays for brands such as Nabisco and Fuji Photo Film before expanding into specialty boxes and binders. Earlier in his career, he developed a strong operational foundation in the restaurant industry, managing back-of-house operations at high-profile institutions including The Harvard Club of New York and the United Nations delegates dining room.

A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a BS in Business Administration, Brian brings a rare combination of craftsmanship, operational discipline, and real-world experience — anchoring production with a level of precision and reliability that defines the Walden Lang standard.
