About
Established in Craft. Grounded in Precision.
Over six decades of American manufacturing — defined by precision, refined by practice.
The Origin
Founded in lower Manhattan, Walden Lang began as a small, focused operation producing presentation boxes, binders, and sample books for the flooring industry. From its earliest days, the company distinguished itself through precision craftsmanship and an unwavering attention to detail — qualities that have defined its reputation for over six decades.
As New York evolved, so did the business, relocating from Manhattan to Brooklyn and later to New Jersey. Each move reflected both growth and a continued commitment to remain close to the industries and clients it serves.
The Evolution
In 1992, In-Pak Services was established in Paterson, New Jersey, bringing complementary expertise in point-of-purchase displays, mounting, and die cutting. In 2003, the two companies joined forces — uniting Walden Lang's heritage in presentation packaging with In-Pak's production strength.
The combined business relocated to Clifton, New Jersey, expanded into advanced box manufacturing, and broadened its reach through the acquisition of Capitol Box. Each step was deliberate — strengthening capability and scale while maintaining the control and consistency that had defined the company from the beginning.
"Quality is not a feature, but a discipline — refined over time and applied consistently to every piece produced."
Today
Under the ownership of O'Neill Box Co., Walden Lang enters its next chapter. The goal is not to replace what has been built, but to refine and elevate it — bringing greater precision, efficiency, and capability to every aspect of production.
Tradition and advancement working in lockstep. That is how Walden Lang moves forward.
